4.34 фазово-контрастная оптическая микроскопия (phase contrast optical microscopy): Метод микроскопического анализа, основанный на преобразовании дифференциальных фазовых сдвигов световых волн, проходящих через образец, в различие амплитуд.

Примечание - Метод реализуется при работе со световым микроскопом и его широко используют для мониторинга выделения асбеста в рабочей зоне.
